I started out just like most dreamers in real estate—full of ambition, hope, and high expectations. I thought wholesaling and flipping were the fast track to wealth.
So I went all in.

I chased leads. Closed deals. Managed messy renovations. Worked 12-hour days. Learned on the fly. And yeah—sometimes I made great money. Other times, I lost my shirt.

There were wins I’m proud of.
And lessons that hurt like hell.

But nothing hit harder than 2008.

When the crash came, it was a tidal wave. I was financially wiped out, emotionally burned out, and deeply unsure if I could keep doing this.
I questioned everything: my future, my skills, my sanity.
